Joel Lilly

Joel Lilly is the current Principal & Chief Financial Officer at Thrive Companies. Prior to their current position, Joel Lilly served as the VP Finance & Development at Continental Real Estate Companies from July 2001 to July 2009. In this role, Joel Lilly was responsible for securing land and construction financing for real estate projects, evaluating existing retail and office opportunities for acquisition and redevelopment, managing the company’s existing portfolio, and directing the financial decisions for capital expenditures, re-leasing needs, and financing to maintain optimal cash flow all through the life of the individual assets. Joel Lilly also directed the due diligence efforts for the disposition of the company’s retail properties and maximized value creation for the partners during the negotiation process. Some of their past transactions include multiple portfolio dispositions in excess of $100 Million to large public real estate investment trusts and private investment firms as well as individual asset sales.
