Ida Asner

Ida Asner is the Senior Director of Operations at Thrively. Ida has over 20 years of experience in education and operations management. Ida has a proven track record of leading teams and improving processes. Ida is passionate about their work and takes great pride in their accomplishments.

Ida began their career as a teacher. Ida then transitioned into operations management, working as an assistant GM at a restaurant. In 2001, they returned to the education field, working as a teacher at Baker Demonstration School. Ida continued their work in education, taking on various leadership roles at National University. In 2018, they took a sabbatical to do volunteer work. Ida joined LEAP Innovations in 2021 as a Product Manager.

Ida is an innovative and forward-thinking leader. Ida is always looking for ways to improve the systems they work in and the people they work with. Ida is committed to their work and their team, and they always put the needs of others first.

Ida Asner earned a Bachelor of Arts in Education, Sociology, and Psychology from National Louis University. Ida also holds a certification from the Scrum Alliance as a Certified Scrum Product Owner.
