Allison Vessels

Allison Vessels, Ed.D., SPHR, SCP, currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at ThriveMore since September 2025. Prior to this role, Allison held various positions in human resources, including Vice President of Human Resources and Resident Services at Salemtowne Retirement Community and Human Resources Director at Erickson Senior Living. Throughout a diverse career, Allison has managed extensive HR functions across multiple organizations, successfully implementing strategic initiatives and cost-saving measures. Key achievements include leading HR teams, driving succession planning at Sequenom, and managing significant budget allocations for incentive programs at RBC Bank. Allison holds an Ed.D. in Human Resources Development from Clemson University and a BS in Psychology from Presbyterian College.
