Brandon Rivera

Brandon Rivera is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director at ThriveMore since January 2025. Previously, Brandon held the same title at Central Carolina Hospital, where leadership and strategic direction for all HR areas were provided, alongside serving as the Ethics and Compliance Officer. Brandon's experience includes roles such as Assistant HR Director at Duke Raleigh Hospital, focusing on employee experience, and Manager of Employee Engagement at Galloway Ridge at Fearrington, where engagement programs were developed and managed. Brandon also has a background in strategic coaching for Prevention Partners and has received recognition and awards for promoting workplace health initiatives at UNC Health Southeastern. With a Master of Arts in Strategic Communication and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from High Point University, Brandon combines a strong educational foundation with diverse professional expertise.
