Ann Hatcher

Ann Hatcher currently serves as a Senior Consultant at Thrivence and is a member of the Women Business Leaders of the US Health Care Industry Foundation. Previously, Ann held the position of EVP and Chief Human Resources Officer at Wellpath, where Ann developed HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Ann's experience at HCA Healthcare includes various leadership roles in Human Resources, focusing on nursing services, talent acquisition, and workforce development over a span of two decades. Additionally, Ann began their career at Bank of America in roles ranging from Senior Personnel Generalist to Senior Credit Analyst. Ann Hatcher holds an MBA from Belmont University and an Advanced Human Resources Executive Program certification from the University of Michigan, along with a BA in Economics and East Asian Studies from Washington and Lee University.
