Chip Gibbons is the Chief Information Security Officer at Thrive, where they have contributed to the year-over-year growth of the Security Operations Center since 2020. With over 20 years of experience, Chip has a robust background in building security and compliance teams, designing secure environments, and enhancing enterprise cybersecurity programs. Previously, Chip held various roles at Thrive and Staples Network Services, where they led teams and consulted with clients on disaster recovery and security improvements. Currently pursuing a BA degree from Hamilton College, Chip is dedicated to fostering a cohesive team environment that views security as a driver of business success.
