Foster Hardie has over 23 years of experience in various leadership and managerial roles in the IT industry. Foster currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Digital Platform Architecture at Thrive, where they are responsible for driving business outcomes through application enablement and optimization. Prior to that, Foster held the position of Vice President of Digital Platform Architecture at Thrive, where they played a crucial role in utilizing technology to ensure peak performance, scalability, and security of business applications.
