Lead Engineer, Support Service, Microsoft Collaboration

Jared Quast began their work experience in 2012 as a Java Developer Intern at National Information Solutions Cooperative. In 2013, they worked as a Computer Specialist at TEKsystems, providing on-site hardware support to Catholic Health Initiatives hospitals. From 2014 to 2018, Jared worked at VMC, starting as a Premier SharePoint Server and Online Support Engineer before becoming a Senior Technical Lead. Jared provided support and training to Microsoft Premier customers and collaborated with Support Engineers on troubleshooting methodology. In 2019, they joined Timlin Enterprises as a Managed Services Engineer. Currently, Jared is employed at Thrive as a Lead Engineer, Support Service for Microsoft Collaboration.

Jared Quast earned a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, General from North Dakota State University from 2008 to 2012.
