John Dilthey

John Dilthey is the Senior Vice President of Internal Operations and Finance at Thrive, where they oversee key strategic initiatives and manage high-priority inter-departmental projects. John began their career at Thrive in 2003 as a Help Desk Engineer and has since held various leadership roles, including Director of Operations and Strategic Initiatives, Vice President of Business Operations, and Chief of Staff. Prior to Thrive, John served in the United States Marine Corps, achieving the rank of Staff Sergeant while gaining extensive experience in Information Technology, Logistics, and Process Management. They received a Bachelor’s degree in English from Springfield College and currently reside in Harvard, Massachusetts with their spouse and child.
