Jon Aronson is a seasoned technology leader and trusted advisor with over a decade of experience in IT strategy, particularly within the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Director of Technical Advisory Services at Thrive, Jon partners with clients to tailor solutions in cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and business continuity. Previously, they held the position of vCIO at Thrive, where they worked closely with C-Suite executives to enhance productivity and mitigate risks. Jon has also contributed to various organizations, including RFA, where they led account management and drove significant business development, even during challenging times like the COVID-19 pandemic.
