Jonathan Philipsen

Jonathan Philipsen has over two decades of work experience, with a diverse background in sales and business development. Jonathan began their career as an Account Executive at IKON Office Solutions in 1997 before joining Windstream Communications as a District Sales Director in 1999. In 2012, they became the Director of Business Development at EDTS, LLC. From 2013 to 2022, they worked at Green Cloud Technologies, starting as a Vice President of Sales and later becoming the Senior Vice President of Sales, overseeing various teams and managing partner relationships. Currently, they hold the position of EVP, Cloud Strategy at Thrive starting in 2022.

Jonathan Philipsen attended Appalachian State University from 1994 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications. Prior to that, they attended Queens University of Charlotte from 1992 to 1994. Jonathan's education history also includes attending North Buncombe High School from 1990 to 1992.
