Tom Heiser

Tom Heiser is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in board governance and executive roles. Currently serving as Chairperson at Thrive since February 2025, Tom has also held the position of Chairman and Board Member at AHEAD since November 2020. Prior to these roles, Tom was Board Member and Executive Chairman at Mark43 from December 2020 to February 2023, and Chairman of the Board as well as Interim Chief Executive Officer at Acoustic from February 2020 to November 2022. Tom's previous board experience includes a role as Board Member at AtScale from September 2018 to January 2021. Tom Heiser earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Information Systems from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, graduating in January 1984.
