Andre' Cooley

Andre' Cooley is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in community engagement, coaching, and human resources. Currently serving as the Engagement Leader at Thrivent since January 2024, Andre' has previously held roles as an Engagement Specialist and worked at Cardinal Ritter High School as the Head Boys Junior Varsity and Assistant Varsity Basketball Coach. With a background in coaching at the Metropolitan School District of Pike Township and various positions in the human resources and ministry sectors, Andre' has developed a well-rounded skill set. Educationally, Andre' holds a Bachelor of Science in Tourism, Conventions, and Event Management with a focus on Sports Management and Business from Indiana University Indianapolis, along with an Indiana Core 40 Diploma with Academic Honors from Pike High School.
