Andy Norgard

Andy Norgard, CPA, serves as the Manager of Affiliate Finance & Reporting at Thrivent since January 2024. Previously, Norgard held the role of Accounting Manager at Northland Securities from October 2017 until January 2024, where responsibilities included leading the month-end close process and overseeing year-end financial reporting. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Accountant at RSM US LLP, contributing to financial statement audits, and as a Financial Analyst Intern at US Bancorp Financial Inc. Norgard has also served as a Student Veteran Representative at Augsburg College and worked as a Sourcing Specialist at StrategicSource Inc. Norgard's military service includes four years in the United States Marine Corps. Norgard holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Augsburg University and is currently pursuing an MBA at the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
