Ashlee Peña

Ashlee Peña is the Director and Senior Counsel at Thrivent, where they leverage their extensive legal and legislative experience. They previously served as Chief of Staff and General Counsel for a Texas Representative and held various roles in legal practice, including Owner of Peña & Peña, PLLC. Ashlee also contributed as a Policy Fellow with the U.S. Department of Education and has a background in educational policy from their Master’s degree at The University of Texas at Austin. They earned their Juris Doctor from St. Mary's University School of Law and have been involved in community and educational initiatives throughout their career.
