Bryce Schaefer has accumulated valuable experience in the fields of seasonal work and financial services. Starting in May 2022, Bryce served as a Seasonal Worker at the City of Manitowoc, where responsibilities included grass cutting and various seasonal tasks, fostering skills in attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving relevant to finance. In May 2025, Bryce transitioned to a Financial Services Field Intern position at Thrivent, participating in a comprehensive training program for financial advising while gaining hands-on experience through shadowing advisors, preparing financial plans, and utilizing tools such as MoneyGuidePro and Salesforce.
