Celeste B. has extensive leadership experience in strategic planning, marketing operations, and enterprise growth innovation. Currently serving as VP Strategy & Enterprise Growth Innovation and Chief of Staff at Thrivent since August 2022, Celeste previously held multiple VP positions at Thrivent, including VP Strategic Planning & Operations and VP Marketing Operations. Prior to Thrivent, Celeste was Director of Marketing Strategy & Operations for Target Circle at Target from June 2018 to August 2022, where a significant accomplishment included launching a nationally recognized loyalty program that grew to over 100 million members. With earlier roles at Sigma Beauty and Target, Celeste has consistently demonstrated expertise in building strategic marketing initiatives and managing cross-functional teams, supported by a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Creighton University and an Executive Leadership certificate from Cornell University.
