Crystal Aines is an experienced professional with a diverse background in hospitality and office management. Currently serving as an Office Professional at Thrivent since January 2023, Crystal has also been a dedicated homemaker since January 2011, managing household tasks, budgeting, and organizing family activities. Previous roles include Office Manager at Metal Direct Of Louisville, Guest Services Associate at The Gratz Park Inn, and various server positions in the restaurant industry. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management and Tourism from the University of Kentucky and has developed strong organizational and customer service skills throughout a career starting from a student assistant role at the University of Kentucky's library.
