Dave Thom

Dave Thom has over 20 years of work experience in the insurance industry. Dave currently holds the position of Vice President of Operations at Thrivent since April 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Allianz Life for 8 years, starting as the Director in May 2001 and later becoming the Vice President of Operations from November 2018 to April 2021. Dave also held the role of AVP of Enterprise Operations from September 2013 to November 2018.

Dave Thom attended Metro State University in 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business (individualized). Dave later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Concordia University-St. Paul from 2010 to 2011.
