David Urlaub

David Urlaub, RICP®, is currently the Market Director at Thrivent, where they lead, mentor, and support a team of Financial Advisors in the Colorado Springs area. With a focus on building a purpose-driven team, David emphasizes community impact and personal growth. Previously, they operated their own woodworking business, Against The Grain Woodworking, and contributed to the team at US Cargo Control as a Business Development professional and Sales Trainer. David also serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Community Roundtable of Colorado Springs, promoting collaboration among Christian non-profit organizations to alleviate poverty. David studied at Wartburg College from 2006 to 2007.
