Eric Bowling, BFA, is an Engagement Leader at Thrivent, working to support and activate financial advisors in their business growth. Previously, they served as the Faculty Director of Project Serve at Wheaton Academy, overseeing student-led community service initiatives. Eric has extensive experience in education, having taught advanced psychology courses and managed student leadership and service programs for high school students. They also held roles as Dean of Students and Mental Health Therapist, providing counseling and support to students and their families. Eric holds a Master of Arts in Counseling from Grace College & Seminary.
