Jamie Riesterer

Jamie Riesterer has a strong background in finance and accounting with over 27 years of experience. Currently, Jamie serves as the Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller, and Head of FP&A at Thrivent, a position held since January 2021. Prior to Thrivent, Jamie worked at Prudential Financial from 2013 to 2020, where they held the roles of VP - Controller and Head of FP&A, Individual Life from May 2013 to December 2020, and Individual Life - VP Accounting from January 2013 to April 2013. From 2008 to 2012, Jamie was an AVP Accounting at The Hartford. Before that, Jamie served as the Shared Services Manager at Brady Corporation from 2007 to 2008. Jamie gained experience in insurance as the Insurance - CFO at JPMorgan Chase from 2000 to 2007. They began their career as a Senior Financial Analyst at Assurant Health from 1999 to 2000. Jamie's early career was at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they worked as an Audit Manager from 1994 to 1999.

Jamie Riesterer earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting from the Lubar College of Business between 1990 and 1994.
