Jen Wilson

Jen (Wassman) Wilson is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in private investments and equity management. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Private Investments at Thrivent since October 2006, Wilson has held various leadership roles including Senior Managing Director and Managing Director, overseeing approximately $7 billion in private equity assets. In addition to her role at Thrivent, Wilson contributes to the Minnesota State Board of Investment as a member of the Investment Advisory Council and serves as a Trustee for the University of St. Thomas Investment Committee. Wilson has also been a board member for several organizations, including Big Outdoor, Clarion Brands, and Direct Travel. Wilson holds an MBA in Finance from the UMN Carlson School of Management and a BBA in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
