Jess Miller

Jess Miller is an experienced professional in learning and organizational development, currently serving as an Implementation Consultant and Learning Experience Designer at Thrivent since February 2013. Previously, Jess held the position of Learning Specialist at McGladrey, where responsibilities included addressing content and technical issues within the Learning Management System and collaborating with the Instructional Design team. As an OD Training Specialist at Catholic Charities of St. Paul & Minneapolis, Jess facilitated training and development initiatives for over 500 staff members. Jess also worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Lawson Software and as an HR Assistant at American Public Media, gaining a broad range of expertise in HR and organizational development. Education was completed at the University of Minnesota.
