Jodi Ostergren

Jodi Ostergren, MA, currently serves as the Leader of Group Engagement at Thrivent, focusing on collaboration and community engagement. Jodi previously held the position of Associate Executive Director at the YMCA of Metropolitan Detroit, where they managed substantial budgets and oversaw operations for various programs. Jodi's extensive background also includes roles as Senior Program Director for youth development at both Valley of the Sun YMCA and YMCA of South Florida, where they led diverse teams and developed impactful community programs. Jodi earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Northwood University and a Master of Arts in Sport Administration from Central Michigan University.
