Katie Chase

Katie Chase currently serves as the Continuous Improvement Program Manager at Thrivent, where responsibility includes ensuring the effectiveness and cultural integration of the Continuous Improvement program. Previous roles at Thrivent encompass Operations Manager, overseeing the administration of life, annuity, and health products, and Project Manager, leading complex initiatives across the business portfolio. Prior to that, Katie was Operations Manager at Thrivent Mutual Funds, developing and mentoring teams for project execution and analytics. Earlier experience includes positions such as Senior Business System Analyst and Team Lead at Thrivent Financial, as well as roles in customer service and merchandising. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Concordia University-Wisconsin and an Associate of Arts in Interior Design from Fox Valley Technical College.
