Keith Hanouw is the Group Vice President at Thrivent, where they lead dynamic teams of leaders and advisors within the Heartland Advisor Group. They began their career as a Policy Coordinator for the State of Illinois, then transitioned to State Farm Insurance, where they served as an Agent and Developmental Agency Field Consultant. Since joining Thrivent in 2014, Keith has taken on several roles, including Regional Practice Director, and is passionate about mentoring advisors while seeking out new talent for the organization. Keith holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, graduating in 2000.
