Kelsey Midthun

Kelsey (Peterson) Midthun has extensive experience in corporate responsibility and public relations, currently serving as Director of Corporate Responsibility at Thrivent since November 2005. Kelsey has also held roles such as Manager of Corporate Responsibility, Marketing Specialist, and Publicity Specialist, contributing significantly to Thrivent's philanthropic efforts and community outreach initiatives, including the Thrivent Builds with Habitat for Humanity program. Kelsey has successfully redesigned programs, doubled enrollments, and managed substantial budgets while enhancing communication with nonprofit partners. Prior to Thrivent, Kelsey worked as a Public Relations Assistant at Habitat for Humanity International. Kelsey holds a Nonprofit Management Certificate from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota and a BA in Public Relations with minors in psychology and art from Valparaiso University.
