Lesley Benkoski

Lesley Benkoski is a seasoned information technology professional with extensive experience in management and application development. Currently serving as a Senior Information Technology Manager at Thrivent since November 2018, Lesley oversees Insurance Product Administration Systems within the Commercial Division. Prior to this role, Lesley held various positions at Bemis Company, Inc., including IT Application Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing applications for Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, and Customer Service. Lesley's earlier roles included IT Technical Support Manager, Team Lead for IT Technical Services/Application Development, and Team Lead for IT Data Conversion - SAP, demonstrating strong leadership in IT service management and data conversion processes. Lesley began the career as an Order Entry Supervisor at Curwood Division of Bemis and also worked as a Copyright Administrator at Hal Leonard Corporation. Lesley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Arts Management and French from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
