Lexi Hartmann

Lexi Hartmann is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in program operations and recruitment. Currently serving as a Program Operations Specialist and Teaming Program Coordinator at Thrivent since May 2016, Lexi demonstrates strong project management skills, develops performance-driving documentation, and implements process improvements.
