Lisa Chen

Lisa Chen is a Growth Product Manager currently leading the Growth team at Money Canvas, Thrivent’s free consumer financial coaching program. They previously held roles at Tinder, where they drove user engagement and led the development of key marketing features, and at Amazon Web Services, where they built product-led growth strategies. Lisa also has experience with Simon-Kucher & Partners as a Consultant and in operations management at KIPP Public Schools, where they enhanced access to essential services. They earned an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and hold a B.A. in Political Science and Computer Science from Columbia University.
