Lisa Steffes

Lisa Steffes has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Lisa began their career as a Team Member/Developer at Control Data Corporation in 1981 before moving on to various roles at American Express, including Vice President of Retail Distribution, VP of Marketing and Client Acquisition, and VP of Business Transformation. After their tenure at American Express, they worked as the Senior Vice President and General Manager at Ameriprise Financial Services, responsible for overseeing a remote, full-service sales channel. In 2013, Lisa started their own company, Steffes Consulting, before joining brightpeak financial as the CEO and President in 2015. Following their role at brightpeak financial, Lisa served as the Head of Customer Experience & Digital Engagement at Thrivent. Most recently, Lisa has been working as the Chief Operating Officer at Dahl Pharmacies, Inc. Dahl Home Medical Supply and Northern Medical Supply. Overall, Lisa Steffes has held various leadership positions throughout their career and has demonstrated expertise in areas such as sales, marketing, business transformation, and customer experience.
