Mark C. Militello, CFA, is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in equity research and portfolio management. Currently serving as a Senior Portfolio Manager on the SMID growth equity team at Thrivent since September 2022, Militello previously held roles at Fort Washington Investment Advisors, Inc. as VP & Senior Equity Research Manager for the healthcare and technology sectors from November 2015 to September 2022. Prior to that, Militello worked at Weatherbie Capital, LLC from February 1998 to June 2015, where responsibilities included Managing Director, Director of Research, and Portfolio Manager with a focus on small and mid-cap investments. Militello began his career as a Research Analyst at Paradigm Capital Management, specializing in the technology sector. Academically, Militello holds a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the same institution.
