Mary Pelkofer, MBA, SHRM-CP, has dedicated over a decade to talent management, focusing on connecting individuals to meaningful careers. Currently serving as Vice President of Capacity Growth and Development at Thrivent Financial, Mary leads initiatives to expand advisor capacity and supports talent development, particularly for women in the profession. With a background that includes roles at Northwestern Mutual and experience in multiple industries, Mary has built a reputation as a community connector. A proud native of Milwaukee, Mary holds an MBA from Alverno College and a degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
