Melissa Deuster, MBA, CSM/CSPO, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and digital marketing. Currently serving as Sr. Engineering Manager for Enterprise Marketing Technology at Thrivent, Melissa leads product strategy and innovation for digital marketing platforms. Prior roles include managing mobile and digital experiences that successfully launched Thrivent’s first iOS and Android applications, and leading global digital transformation initiatives at Kimberly-Clark. Melissa has also contributed to academic settings as an adjunct instructor, shaping future professionals in information design and social media. With a strong background in eCommerce, marketing strategies, and product ownership, Melissa's career spans various industries, showcasing a commitment to enhancing customer engagement and aligning technology with business objectives. Melissa holds an MBA and a Bachelor's in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.
