Michael Krill is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in operations and information systems within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations Technology at Thrivent since June 2023, Michael drives product architecture and develops a cohesive technology strategy for insurance operations. Previously, Michael held multiple leadership roles at Prudential Financial from March 1999 to March 2023, including Vice President of Information Systems where responsibilities included overseeing technology strategy in marketing and customer service, and enhancing the policy acquisition process for Individual Life Insurance. Additional experience includes developing financial reporting solutions at Warner Lambert as a Senior Systems Specialist and progressing through various technical roles at Prudential Financial.
