Mike Clay

Mike Clay is currently the Engineering Productivity Manager at Thrivent Financial. They began their career as a Consultant at SPR from 1998 to 2001 and then worked as an Application Developer at Schneider National between 2001 and 2005. Following that, Clay served as a Project Manager at Thrivent Financial for Lutherans from 2005 to 2022. Clay holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona, which they completed in 1996.
