Mike Stehlik is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in financial training and development. Currently serving as Manager of Learning Programs and Coordination at Thrivent since October 2015, Mike leads efforts in onboarding new Financial Advisors, designing training programs, and implementing diversity and inclusion strategies. Previous roles include Regional Learning Specialist, where Mike developed training for financial advisors in the Chicagoland area, and Financial Representative, focused on guiding individuals and families in achieving their financial goals. Additionally, Mike has experience as a Senior-Adult Transitions Professional at Caring Transitions and was the head women’s soccer coach at Gustavus Adolphus College for 22 years, achieving significant success in championships. Mike holds a Master's in Physical Education with a focus on Sports Management from Springfield College and a Bachelor's in Anthropology from DePauw University.
