Mitchell Lynn is an experienced engagement leader with a demonstrated history in ministry and community collaboration. Currently serving as a Senior Engagement Leader at Thrivent since November 2018, Mitchell has built brand awareness through partnerships and engagement activities while equipping financial professionals to enhance their community presence. Previously, as a Church Planter at Center Church, Mitchell managed all aspects of ministry, created teaching series, and preached regularly. Earlier roles include Family Pastor at Faith Mountain, where Mitchell focused on developing staff for children's and youth ministries, and Youth Pastor at Faith Mountain Church. Additionally, Mitchell has experience from Gashland Presbyterian Church as the Director of Student Ministries and foundational roles in youth ministry at other establishments. Educational background includes an M.A. in Theology from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and a degree in Biblical Studies from Southwest Baptist University.
