Peter Eltgroth

Peter Eltgroth is a dedicated leader, mentor, and builder who has cultivated a career shaped by the values of teamwork and tenacity instilled during their upbringing on a dairy farm. They served as a Project Lead Analyst at Minnesota State Colleges and Universities from 2009 to 2017, where they managed development efforts for student registration applications, mentored developers, and streamlined deployment processes. Following that, Peter held roles including Senior Software Engineer at TeachForward, Senior Solutions Architect at VMware, and currently works as a Staff Engineer at Thrivent and Principal Consultant at Accutelligence, Inc. Their educational background includes pursuing a BA in Computer Science and Vocal Performance at Saint John's University.
