Rebecca Witherow is the Director of Digital Advisor Experience at Thrivent, where they are currently growing the Digital Advisor Experience and have crafted impactful product visions and roadmaps. Previously, at Charles Schwab, they held several leadership roles, including Director of Client Experience, where they led initiatives resulting in significant asset growth and improved customer satisfaction. Rebecca also established the first B2B digital product discipline within Workplace Financial Services, enhancing digital capabilities significantly. They earned a degree in Accounting and Business from The University of Akron.
