Currently a Manager in Enterprise Strategic Services - PPM, Rick oversees a team dedicated to workforce analytics and resource management, utilizing tools such as PPM and Agile Central to align resources with strategic objectives. Previously, Rick led the Sourcing Office to facilitate effective IT development partnerships and managed the Member Services Quality Department, contributing to award-winning initiatives under the Minnesota Malcolm Baldrige criteria.
