Sara Erickson

Sara Erickson, CRCM, CAMS, is a Senior Integrated Multicultural Strategist at Thrivent, where they are currently developing strategies to reach diverse audiences and expand offerings in multiple languages. Previously, Sara held a role as a Fair and Responsible Banking Program Manager at U.S. Bank, where they managed compliance audits and provided oversight for the implementation of fair banking programs. They have also worked as a Consumer Affairs Examiner at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis and served as a Compliance Analyst at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. Sara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and earned a Master of Arts in Management from The College of St. Scholastica.
