Shayna Beining

Shayna Beining is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as a Marketing Specialist and holding multiple titles at Thrivent since July 2017, including Sr. Marketing Associate, Marketing Associate, and Director Of Communications for the Thrivent Young Professionals Network. Shayna's role involves organizing and analyzing member needs through the Lapse Letter project. Previous experience includes an internship in Church Engagement and Marketing at Thrivent, where Shayna coordinated the Generosity Kit program and prepared internal communications. Additional roles include Advertising Manager and Representative at The Advance Titan Newspaper, Retail Sales Specialist at Bath & Body Works, and various roles in customer service and technology assistance. Shayna holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Mass Communication, Public Relations, and Advertising from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.
