Stacy Pence

Stacy Pence is a seasoned manager of field training at Thrivent, where they lead a team dedicated to empowering financial advisors through strategic learning and development. Previously, Stacy served as a financial services representative and special needs planner at MetLife, focusing on careful planning for families with unique needs. They also worked as a research assistant and intern at the University of Kansas and Lawrence Memorial Hospital, respectively. Stacy contributes to the KU Alumni Association as a volunteer, fostering community and support for fellow alumni. They hold a degree from the University of Kansas.
