Suchitra Goopy is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and software development. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Thrivent since June 2025, Suchitra has previously held senior positions at Target, including Director of Technology and Director of Engineering, from August 2018 to June 2025. Earlier roles include leadership positions at Mortenson, where Suchitra was a Lead Software Developer and Senior Engineering Manager, and software development roles at Thomson Reuters Markets, Garmin International, Deephaven Capital Management, and Siemens.
