Todd Paddack is an accomplished data architect with extensive experience in leading data architecture initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as the Primary Data Architect at Thrivent since July 2023, Todd is responsible for defining and guiding the enterprise data platform architecture, collaborating with business leaders and developers to address business challenges. Previously, as Lead Solutions Architect at Northwestern Mutual, Todd led architectural efforts for the United Data Platform initiative, focusing on integration and advanced data solutions. Todd's career also includes significant roles at FIS, Advent Software, Visage Mobile, Movaris, Kana Software, and Charles Schwab, where expertise in business intelligence, reporting technologies, and data governance has been demonstrated. Todd holds a Master of Arts in International Relations from Schiller International University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The University of British Columbia.
