Tom Greinert

Tom Greinert has over 37 years of experience at Thrivent Financial, currently serving as Manager of Incoming Mail/Document Distribution, overseeing a team of 26 FTEs responsible for processing and distributing various forms of communication. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Field Compensation Operations, where Tom led a team administering compensation for over 2,500 financial representatives, and contributions to the successful implementation of the Workday system. Tom also has a strong background in continuous improvement initiatives, notably achieving significant annualized savings and staff reductions. Earlier experience includes managing an Interaction Team and playing a key role in the development and implementation of corporate-wide HR systems. Additionally, Tom owned and operated a Great Clips franchise from 2004 to 2011, gaining firsthand experience in small business management. Tom holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations Management and Management Information Systems from UW-Oshkosh.
