Vlasta Duffy

Vlasta Duffy, M.B.A., CLU, ChFC has a wide range of work experience in various roles and industries. Vlasta started their career in 1992 as a Managing Partner at Northwestern Mutual, where they worked until 2010. From 2010 to 2015, Vlasta served as a Managing Partner at MassMutual Financial Group. In 2016, they founded Duffy Financial Group, LLC, where they provided consulting, training, and coaching services to leaders and sales professionals until 2021. In addition to their consulting work, Vlasta also became the owner of 9Round Fitness in 2016. Currently, they hold the position of Market Vice President at Thrivent, which they started in December 2021. Throughout their career, Vlasta has shown a strong dedication to professional growth and a passion for leadership and sales.

Vlasta Duffy holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Occidental College. Vlasta also obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Portland State University, with a focus on business. Additionally, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at the Portland State University School of Business.
