Wes Dellinger, CLF®, has a diverse and extensive career in financial leadership and recruiting, with significant roles at various companies. Dellinger served as Field Director for Financial Representative Recruiting in the Western Region at The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America from May 2012 to September 2020. Prior experience includes founding and serving as Chief Enablement Officer at Pattern Financial Group, where a focus on personal and professional organization was emphasized. Additionally, Dellinger held multiple positions at Consolidated Planning, Inc. / The Guardian Life Insurance Company, including Senior Vice President and District Manager.
